About
Founder | Energy Incentives Advisor
"I founded Energy Incentives Advisor to continue the work I spent almost two decades doing at the highest levels of public accounting: helping property owners capture the full financial value of their real estate assets through energy efficiency, sustainability, and tax incentives strategies."
After immigrating to the United States, I attended the University of Southern California, where I earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations and Economics. Following a 15-year career in the insurance and investments industry, I returned to USC to earn an MBA with concentrations in Marketing and Information Technology.
After a brief tenure with Gartner in their State and Local Government Agencies Consulting Practice, I joined the public accounting industry, building my career first at KPMG and later at Ernst & Young. At EY, I led the firm's Green Building practice, helping clients across the country and internationally secure tax incentives, deductions, grants, and other financial benefits through the certification of real estate assets under recognized green building rating systems.
Over my 24-year career, my teams certified more than 250 million square feet of commercial real estate and helped clients capture approximately $500 million in incentives and tax benefits. After retiring from EY in 2025, I founded EIA to bring that same depth of expertise directly to property owners, developers, and institutional investors.
